- Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours
- Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas
- Secure pets during service hours
- Disclose known hazards (e.g., lead paint, mold, structural damage)
Failure to prepare the workspace may result in additional charges or project delays.
- Warranties & Limitations
Workmanship Warranty
If offered, workmanship warranties will be defined in your written agreement. Warranty coverage does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Structural defects
- Water damage
- Moisture intrusion
- Improper maintenance
- Damage caused by third parties
Limitation of Liability
